International Sales

If you are an International Customer (outside of the United States and its Terriroties) please visit our contact section. Use our Contact Form to inform us of your location and products desired. Our sales team will verify our ability to ship to your location and the cost of shipment.

Please include the following information with your email:

1. Full Name
2. Full Shipping Address (Street, City, State/Province, Postal Code, etc.
3. Email Address
4. Quantity and Color of product(s) desired.
5. Phone number (We will not call. Needed for International paperwork.).

After we have received the information above we will send an eInvoice with product and shipping costs. As soon as the eInvoice is paid we will ship your products as quickly as possible.

We have received reports from some of our UK customers that they were charged an extra tax on the importation of the Irene Adaptive Sling. Sadly, there is no way for us to know how each individual Country will handle this. If there are any additional chargers you will be responsible for them and most likely will be billed by your Postal Service.
